    Patent attorney with 15 years experience procuring IP rights, including patent and trademark prosecution, with an emphasis on electronics, telecommunications, and financial technology. Electrical engineer by education and also served as a reserve police officer in Knoxville, TN. Experience engaging start-ups in a variety of technologies to secure early IP protection for founders, thereby maximizing value for angel and VC investors.

    Founding Engineer

    14 years UAS rotor craft development and completed postdoctoral work at Yale University. Respected as one of the most knowledgeable engineers in the world regarding large multi-rotor UAV designs. Ph.D dissertation “Design, Development and Control of Large Quadrotor Vehicles”. In 2008, built and flew the largest quadrotor UAV in the world which is now displayed at Australian National University.

    CFO

    Technology growth manager with 30 years of hands-on corporate management and finance expertise including more than 12 years Venture Capital work in Silicon Valley. Experience includes five IPO's, CFO of public and private firms, a 10-year equity fund track record of 25%+ p.a. and countless startup, Board member and growth projects. Roles have included President, CEO, COO, CFO, VP of Development, and VP of Sales.
