Phillip White is the majority owner and manager of "OFF DA HOOK-AH". He has worked for 15+ years in the hospitality/entertainment/marketing/promotions industry, founding ATM PRODUCTIONS. He has worked throughout the Unites States and several countries abroad including the UK, Germany, Singapore, and Japan. He also has a degree in child psychology/development and certificate of completion in business marketing.

Training at Peat, Marwick & Mitchell Tax Accountants as a paraprofessional, attended Cal State Dominguez Hills and LA County Computer Training. Has been with Wal-Mart for 19 yrs, managing personnel, accounting, receiving, profit and loss statements and cash office operations. This also includes customer service. She has been owner/operator of bookkeeping/ accounting services for over 30 yrs with background experience in taxes and payroll as well.
