We are a team of former successful advisors that have made it through some of the toughest hurdles, sales quotas and changing legislation. With the industry (and firms) attrition rate hovering around 30%, we knew it would be a challenge once we stepped foot in that door. We knew we had big trees to cut down, so we spent time sharpening our axes.
