Ocular Dynamics was founded to revolutionize the contact lens industry by providing the world's most comfortable contact lens. Discomfort is the primary reason patients stop wearing contact lenses and no current technology is able to alleviate symptoms of dryness and discomfort. Our proprietary technology integrates seamlessly with the natural tears to dramatically increase moisture and comfort.

  • Victor McCray, M.D.
    CEO, Co-founder

    Victor McCray received his B.S. in Chemistry from Xavier University and his medical degree from the University of Illinois-Urbana. Victor completed a residency in general surgery at the University of California, San Francisco-Fresno. Following residency, Victor joined Stanford Biodesign. Currently, Victor practices Trauma/General Surgery in Sacramento part-time, and is co-founding a startup in the field of ophthalmics.

    CSO, Co-Founder

    Karen Havenstrite received her B.S. in Chemical Engineering at Cornell University and her M.S. and Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Stanford University where her interdisciplinary work in the lab of Dr. Helen Blau combined polymer chemistry, biomaterials, and stem cell biology. She is currently applying her knowledge of biomimetic materials to address unmet clinical needs.

  • Brandon Felkins
    VP of R&D, Co-Founder

    Brandon was born and raised in Ventura, California. He received his B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. He has worked as an R&D engineer at REVA Medical and TDC Medical, focusing on early stage development of novel medical devices. He is currently working towards achieving his goal of identifying an unmet clinical need and starting a company to develop and bring a solution for that need to the market.
