Crystal is ServSafe Certified with a degree in Culinary Arts. Having over 10 years of experience in the food/service industry with over 5 years of experience as a kitchen manager. She has maintained and delivered superior service in managing the responsibilities as a kitchen manager. She fully understands what it means to be cost effective while being able to deliver the service of providing our customers with quality food that is prepared fresh.

Joshua has been a chef for 5 star Restaurants and Hotels such as Benihanna's, PF Changs, Champions Bar and Grill, Marchards, and the Marriott. He has over 5 years of being an experienced Chef preparing food using fresh herbs and spices while being able to delegate his task accordingly. He is able to to produce efficiency in a high-volume high-pressured kitchen environment while delivering an effective system to deliver food in a timely fashion.
