Lindsay has a successful track record with corporate experience as a senior executive of a multi-national, CEO of an ASX listed company and the creation of globally focused start-up ventures involving capital raisings, IPO’s, M&A and managing a P&L while delivering customer satisfaction and shareholder value without compromising quality or safety standards. Lindsay has been granted a number of product innovation patents. 

Experienced executive, Amanda led all strategic planning and marketing / sales management. With over 12 years of experience in worldwide product marketing and sales management, held various positions in marketing, product management, and engineering. Amanda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas.

20+ years experience in senior finance positions in accounting and business advisory including Price Waterhouse as a qualified Chartered Accountant. Exposure to all facets of financial management and public companies. Hands on with the challenges facing a SME in a competitive industry coming out of the GFC and undertaking a complex restructure.
