NY Piano School is founded and directed by a professional composer, so the educational angle will always be just a bit different from more run-of-the-mill piano lessons. Our instructors help you understand what the composer intended in your music, and while you will certainly learn high end technique and note reading, you'll also learn how to write your own music.
