NVMEngines will be developing one of the first 28nm MRAM memory compiler in the semiconductor industry to leverage the benefits of MRAM technology over FLASH/DRAM/SRAM in Mobile, Automotive and IoT Products. This will be followed by 28nm ReRAM memory compiler leveraging the existing technology to capture markets tied to NOR-FLASH initially. Follow on products will diversify with advanced process nodes to 16nm as this technology becomes available.
