Eric is a licensed CPA and member of the Texas bar, holding both a B.B.A. in Accounting and a J.D. from Texas Tech University. He has worked in business and legal environments for over 20 years and most recently served as a leader in the Strategic Marketing Group at an A-rated national carrier tasked with monitoring the post-ACA regulatory and legislative landscape and developing strategic business and market recommendations.

A CPA with over 20 years experience, Carlos has a record of proven success in the role of Chief Financial Officer. A graduate of the University of Texas and former CFO of the nation's largest food distributor, his expertise includes accounting, forecasting, financial analysis, operational improvement, growing businesses and financial controls.

Andrew’s background spans operations and finance. A graduate of Arizona State University, he has experience in operations, sales, and account management and brings a commercial approach to solving problems and developing business processes. He has previously been involved in commodities trading, most recently with Trafigura B.V., a global leader in international commodities trading and logistics.
