I obtained a franchise real estate brokerage called, Realty ONE Group Prime, which is a national real estate franchise company. I received rights to open brokerage in Los Angeles. I have been open for 2 years and need financial assistance to open an ancillary service division, in house escrow service because the income that's generated through agents and their fees doesn't cover my overhead.
