Mr. Maloney is the prime mover behind Nautical Torque Technology. He devised this process from years of living and working on boats, and made the remarkable discovery that a large particle of floating mass, moving slowly, equals energy. As an inventor and artist, Mr. Maloney has always worked with his hands and interacted with a wide range of people. His determination and persistence at moving this project forward has been remarkable.

As a graduate of UC Davis with degrees in Political Science and Philosophy, Galen has been able to use his critical thinking and analysis to contribute to the strategic development of Nautical Torque. He has traveled extensively, worked in a wide range of industries from education to hospitality to government and is well suited to develop the strategic partnerships necessary to move the company and the technology forward.
