In her social work career, Kelly Karius has been a child protection worker, an expert witness in matters relating to the custody and access of children, adoption home study practicioner, mediator and counsellor. She published her first book in 2004, “This is Out of Control! A Practical Guide to Managing Life’s Conflicts”. Sources of pride are her three grown children and the work she and her team do at No Such Thing as a Bully.

Dr. Graham is an engineer formerly employed by NASA. His work for NASA and other technical organizations exposed him to the capabilities of the internet, which led him to a passion for social media.
Ron is based in Akron, Ohio, where he’s the Principal of his own company, Clarity Strategic. He has been an integral part of the development of the websites, social media strategy and the format of the new definition that NSTAAB embraces.

Stephen Johnson is a graduate of Marquette University. A former Navy Pilot, Stephen is a 20 year veteran, honorably discharged in 1996. Stephen owned and operated his own marketing and sales business from 1986 to 2006. He then spent several years flying rock stars and celebrities around the world. As his next project, Stephen is very excited to be involved in the business development and growth of NSTAAB.

Qualified with a Bachelor of Social Work, Cindy is well versed in the skills involved in the program. She has strong abilities for working with children and teenagers.
Cindy Mikolas is Kelly Karius’ daughter, and has developed her skills in social work, and in the NSTAAB program since the work began. Cindy’s feedback during the development of the program and her graphic skills have been invaluable.
