Following 15 years of Web applications development, Internet marketing, video production and database administration, Aguilar applied his sports passion to tech-savvy innovations for active athletes. Mr Aguilar is an entrepreneurially minded leader and a loving father of four boys.

Engaged in technical-operations, marketing, fund-raising, public relations and setting Novusport’s vision. That involves setting the culture, building the senior management team and getting financing. Manager for a Houston Fortune 100 company, Iturbe has been senior system administrator, project manager, infrastructure architect and soft development.

Antonio is an Information Technology veteran with C-Level executive experience in Fortune companies, and he served as CTO for a security software startup. Mr. Marin is member of two CIO advisory boards and a former board member for the Houston Chapter of the National Society of Hispanic MBAs. He holds a Master in Business Administration in Global Management degree and Bachelor of Science in Computer Science degree.

With more than 13 years of experience as a Web Applications Architect and Server Administrator Engineer, Mr. Tallaferro brings with him the needed expertise to create the Company’s patent-pending algorithm Novusport point system. His personal experience in sports includes playing for the A and AA professional teams of the Cincinnati Reds and St Louis Cardinals, as well as playing tennis and soccer.
