He worked in a corporate restaurant environment, in the role of General Manager for RA Sushi, a subsidiary of Benihana, Inc. He opened two locations for the company and turned around their struggling Chicago location by leveraging his financial and industry knowledge.

    Dr. Shah holds a Doctorate of Pharmacy from Midwestern University. After graduating with honors, she gained employment as a clinical staff pharmacist at the University of Illinois Medical Center. Throughout her 4-year employment with the medical center, she has completed research, peer-reviewed publications, and presented at national academic conferences in the area of operating room pharmacy practice.
