Irene Gonzalez, Ph.D., President, and CEO, brings 23 years experience in business, management, operations, and development of therapeutics and diagnostics in public biotech and pharmaceutical companies. She was an Associate Professor at the University of Mexico and Research Scientist and Postdoctoral Fellow at Johns Hopkins University. She holds BS and MS degrees from the University of Mexico and a joint PhD degree with Johns Hopkins University.

Mr. Donald D. Fallon, Chief Financial Officer, brings 25 years of senior financial and accounting management experience in both public and private biotech and pharmaceutical companies, and has provided consulting services to entrepreneurial and established biotech companies. Mr. Fallon is a Certified Public Accountant, received a BS degree in Accounting from the University of Baltimore, and holds an MBA degree in Finance from Loyola College.

Richard Thorn, Ph.D., Chief Product Development and Manufacturing, brings 25 years experience in product development in various executive and management positions in R&D and tech transfer in public biotech and pharmaceutical companies. Dr. Thorn was a Postdoctoral Fellow at Johns Hopkins University. He earned his Ph.D. at the University of Pennsylvania and his B.A. from the University of California at San Diego.
