Talbot Jaeger is founder and Chief Technologist of NovaWurks with over 30 years of experience in development, project management, systems engineering, ground and spaceflight. He led development of the Mayflower CubeSat, delivering product from initial design to launch integrator in 6 months. He led launch vehicle design and concept development with Wittinghill Aerospace and Scaled Composites, and Chief Architect for F6 seeding study and phase 1.

Paul Lithgow oversees the company’s business development effort in the commercial sector and is tasked with exploring and growing space-based services and technologies projects for business and government agency applications. With 30+ years of experience in aerospace engineering, management, and an Air Force veteran, Paul has led a variety of space industry businesses including Comtech AeroAstro, Radyne and Spectrum Astro.
