A versatile maritime industry business leader and executive with more than 25 years of experience, in maritime and terminal operations, strategic planning, policy development and government relations at the State, local and Federal levels. Jeff’s has served as Exec VP of the VA Martime Association, Senior Deputy Executive Director of the Virginia Port Authority and as the Chairman of the Virginia Offshore Wind Coalition

David has worked with a range of mature, growth-oriented and start-up companies. He’s been CEO of eight enterprises including divisions within Landmark Communications as well as venture capital backed companies Physician’s Online, EDIT, Intel Capital-funded Concursive Corporation. BA from Williams College and MBA from the Colgate Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia.
