30 years of marketing, corporate and start-up experience, Don has held COO/CEO roles in leading Canadian telecommunication, consumer product and resource management corporations. He was the founding President of Bio Balance Fertilizers Inc., the first business to license NOTRA’s technology. He led every aspect of the trials, supplier and market development, including product approval from the Canadian regulator.

A distinguished accounting and finance career in Agri-business public and private corporations. Expertise in financial planning, treasury, tax, capital project management, A&M and turn-arounds. He held senior management roles at Ralston Purina and Maple Leaf Foods and was most recently CFO of Nieuland Feeds. Don brings inside expert knowledge of the feed, fertilizer and food processing industries and the farmgate to plate value chain.
