Peter has extensive real-world work experience to complement his educational background. He worked as director of commercialization, director of research and development, sales engineer, and healthcare administrator. Peter holds an undergraduate degree in Math/Physics, and a MS in Industrial Engineering with an emphasis on commercializing technology from universities.

Mark brings extensive hands on experience from the EMS world as result of serving as a firefighter and training/safety officer. He also has experience in medical record management and project management in the health care industry. Mark received an undergraduate in psychology from Black Hills State University in 2007, and a MBA from Black Hills State University in 2012.

Jim has 35+ years of international project experience with ExxonMobil and the Army Corp of Engineers. This time has given him a broad range of direct management opportunities and unique work experiences that can be directly applied to needs for Management Consulting, Turnarounds, and Business Sales, Mergers and Acquisitions. He hold a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering from SDSM&T.
