As a representative of the Canadian Standards Association, Technical Committee on Quality Management, he assisted in the global development of ISO 10006 Quality management—Guidelines to quality in project management.

Lloyd Weber has over 25 years experience in information development and communication management in the IT and computer industry. He specializes in communication planning and design, process design, business analysis, training development, and project management, and has lectured as an adjunct instructor at Cornell University and Ithaca College.
