Justin has over a decade of experience helping high growth startups build and scale inspiring digital products. He was part of the foundational team at Frank & Oak where he helped scale their customer base and spent years developing AdTech products for eCommerce, enterprise, SaaS, and mobile gaming brands. Justin applies his experience to leading operations and strategy for NorthOne with a particular focus on growth, product, and team.

Eytan deeply believes that the success of the small business sector is one of the most important causes of our time. Prior to NorthOne, Eytan was a Sr. Engagement Manager for McKinsey & Company. He served many wonderful clients in Financial Services industry, usually on the topic of digital customer experience and financial inclusion. Prior to that, he earned his JD/MBA from McGill University and was called to the New York Bar in 2010.

Over the past 10 years, Blake has operated as a full-stack developer in PHP/JavaScript, heavily in both the front-end (SPAs) and back-end (RESTful services). Throughout his career, he has built a working (read: hackable) knowledge of around 12 programming languages and most of the popular relational and nosql databases - though in recent years he's been focusing on a JavaScript/Node/NoSQL stack. Blake leads NorthOne's technology team.
