We are not exactly a startup, however the expansion to a private college is much like a startup. The idea is to provide a structured environment for pilot development with an emphasis on the student being ready in every way to perform the duties of a truly professional pilot or mechanic. The program is similar to the environment at Lufthansa, which places graduates in the copilot's seat of their airliner with only 225 hours of flight experience.
