Michael has been in the water treatment and separations industry for over 25 years. His experience in developing new technologies and products for a range of industries, including the oil and gas industry has earned him 2 US Patents, with 4 additional pending including patents for The Brine Box technology. Michael has worked with a host of oil and gas clients through the years including EQT, XTO, Marathon and Devon Energy.

Ed has a long career in the water treatment industry, most notably a 10 year plus stint at Siemens water in the marketing and new business development area. Most recently Ed worked as the Senior Product Manager at Schroeder Industries in the process market, helping to develop solutions for the energy industry.

James is a 26 year Army veteran who has run operations throughout the world. From construction of water management systems, communications trailers and related James has been involved directly in the implementation of technology, training and operations of field ready units, and creating quality teams for field implementation.
