We are profitable with $4.3M in revenue in 2013. We are looking for $1.5 million to build digital versions of our blockbuster board games for mobile devices.

Team

  • Dominic founded NSG in April 2003 and established it as one of the key influencers in the industry. Dominic focuses on product development. He has been designing games for over 20 years, co-founded a yearly game design convention, and played on a professional game circuit for 10 years. Before NSG, Dominic spent several years managing a commercial fishing operation. Dominic has an MBA from the University of Maryland.

  • Co-President

    Satish has worked for NSG since June 2003. He focuses on sales and operations, and has been instrumental in ensuring every major game retailer in the country carries at least one NSG game. Before joining NSG, Satish served as an investment analyst at a global securities firm. Satish has an MBA from the University of Maryland, where he received the prestigious Dean’s Fellowship. He received his BA from the University of Pennsylvania.

  • VP Digital Division

    Scott Rencher has worked at Intel since graduating with an MBA from the University of Maryland in 2004. At Intel, he was one of the original twenty members of the tablet business group and led the strategy team in prioritizing resources as it grew to over 1300 people and $500M in gross revenue at his exit. Previous to Intel, Scott worked for a venture capital fund and led business development at a successful advertising startup.

  • VP, Marketing

    Matt has worked in the board game industry for 25 years. He started and grew a board game company for 10 years before joining Decipher Games as the head of sales and marketing. There, he helped grow revenues from $3M / year to $34M / year. After Decipher, Matt worked for OTB Games and grew the Apples to Apples brand for 5 years until it was acquired by Mattel for $25M. He has worked for NSG since the acquisition.
