North Star Cattle & Feed purchase calves from some of the largest cow/calf operators in Florida with the intent to condition these calves into the next phase of their lives. We select our calves based on the highest performance available. Calves are fed the finest quality feed available. We feel at North Star Cattle and Feed that coupling the finest performance traits with high quality feed equals top notch beef for the finisher and consumer.

    Bryan Williams is a second generation cattleman moving from a cow/calf operation into a precondition program. Bryan is an expert in Expected Progeny Differences (EPD). This allows the selection of the finest genetics when purchasing calves. Bryan has been around cattle all his life except for short stint in Europe pursuing a basketball career. Bryan makes his own feed for his cattle which makes for greater profit margins.
