Dr. Norris has been practicing for seventeen years and has successfully designed implants for leading manufacturers and has extensive experience acting in a product consulting capacity. Dr. Norris also serves as Clinical Professor for the University of Oklahoma. He has authored over 20 articles in peer reviewed orthopedic trauma journals, six book chapters, and lectures extensively to audiences both nationally and internationally.

Dr. Stafford has been practicing for ten years and has an additional degree in engineering. Dr. Stafford is also a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Oklahoma School of Medicine. He has also published and lectured nationally and internationally. Dr. Norris and Dr. Stafford are partners in a successful independent Orthopedic Trauma practice.

Mr. Dana Funk is a successful business executive with experience starting three healthcare companies. Mr. Funk started an durable medical equipment business and an upscale pharmacy location, creating a multi million dollar enterprise. Mr. Funk brings over 20 years of experience in business ownership, operations management, sales, finance and administration. Two of the companies founded by Mr. Funk were sold to national healthcare firms.
