I find inane social responsibility spending that attempts to put band-aids on amputations deeply frustrating. Social investment must be directed to social enterprise, rural employment and measurably improved clinical outcomes. I identify methods to get varying industries to collaborate in a clinical project that in turn promotes innovative creation.

His passion lies in correcting micro-management strategies that lead to system failures while reminding the management team that its also about having fun.
