Gary is the inventor of US Patent 9,361,778 and has over twenty years of experience of demonstrated performance within healthcare, sales, tech, management, team building and fundraising. Gary was chosen to participate on the SmartAmerica Closed Loop HealthCare team launched by the White House Presidential Innovation Fellows and NIST.

Dr. Frank is a cardiothoracic surgeon and entrepreneur with broad experience in healthcare spanning over 25 years. He has served as Chief of Quality Improvement and Utilization at Ochsner Clinic in New Orleans and as CEO and Chief Medical Officer of the 700 physician Wayne State University Physician Group. Dr. Frank was most recently Chief Medical Officer and EVP at Meridian Health Plan, the largest Medicaid plan in Michigan and Illinois.

Davin has broad experience in technology spanning nearly 30 years. Strong background in AI, HIPAA Training, Product Compliance, Coding Standards and Network Architecture. Davin has exits under his belt, including a successful exit of MediNotes Corporation including a $45M purchase price.

MS in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner and Juris Doctor, with Health Law Concentration. Served as National Head of Innovation and Executive Director for Population Health - Aetna Medicaid ($8billion+revenue serving 3million+ members). Lead national programs and strategic initiatives for over 20 years.

Served as President and CEO for over 25 years of Phelps Memorial Hospital Center. Increased revenues from $40M to $230M. Brought 3 hospital systems back from the verge of bankruptcy to expand into profitability. Keith holds an MBA from Wharton Graduate School, University of Pennsylvania.
