Mr. Boyer has spent the last 40 years managing companies mostly in the Senior Care Industry. He has been an investor in a number of companies over the last 30 + years.
He currently is Chairman and President of American Senior Living Communities Inc.. He is also Chairman and President of Premier HealthCare Inc. where he is the primary stockholder. He employs nearly 1,000 people in the companies that he has founded.

Dr. Watson is a board certified Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon who has pioneered many laser surgery modalities. His career includes teaching positions at UCLA.
Dr. Watson is a foremost expert in medical lasers. He served on the editorial board of the Journal of Cutaneous Laser Therapy and was the Co-editor of Lasers in Aesthetic Facial Plastic Surgery.
His scientific interests include stem cell therapies and laser therapies.

Bill Scott has over 20 years of engineer experience. His biomedical engineering includes MRI development, micro-fluidic applications involving blood testing, mass spectrometry and electronics. He spent a major portion of his career working for GE Medical Systems.
Bill Scott has a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from University of Central Florida.
