Tommaso is an Italian-qualified lawyer specialized in corporate law and acquisition finance transactions. He has advised primary Italian and European banks and private equity funds. He also has remarkable experience in the field of venture capital and seed capital transactions, as well as in financial and credit derivatives. He in charge for IP asset management, legal affairs and
administrative supervision.
