Creating content is one thing but distribution and ownership are another. We want to create a 24/7 Live streaming network that will be accessible on mobile via apps. We will also make this content available on television platforms via Amazon, Roku, Sling TV and Apple TV among others. Currently there are not any multi-cutural 24/7 streaming outlets geared toward todays millennials. Noir24 will change that.
