Wherever we go, we need to carry cash in order to pay for small services, be them auto, rickshaw or small shops. Many a times, there are problems of change, neither party has them. My idea is to eliminate this system by introducing easy transfer from cell phones( apps, website or even ivrs or network service codes) to all these small service providers or vendors. This will be a NO-Smartphone(Not Only Smartphone) system as not everyone belonging to this category has them.

A mandatory account would be required in order to send money, but the receiver may not have an account initially. Anyone would be able to pay them while sitting inside an auto or purchasing from a small shop thus eliminating the need to carry cash or the hustle of change.
