Former Leader of the R&D team at Rolls-Royce Marine. He joined NOA MARINE to bring his skills and engineering passion to the underwater realms.

Former Aerodynamics Engineer at MTU Aero Engines. Passionate about energy efficiency, fluid dynamics & system optimization. He joined NOA MARINE Team to explore the future of ocean-tech and use his skills in making our designs even more efficient and powerful.

After graduating in Mechanical Engineering in the University Grenoble Alpes, France, he was working on special machine design and assemblation at Actemium Grenoble. He was hard pushing to join NOA MARINE managed to prove himself as a talented and passionate designer. He moved to Poland to join our Team and pursue our vision of oceans connected.

Rafał is responsible of electric circuits and system integration. He is passionate and has many years of experience in building and delivering complex mechatronics systems and programming. "Now it is time to go to the ocean floor“ he says.
