The plan is to bring a much needed sports activity center to the San Fernando Valley. The concept includes sports tournaments for youth and adults, fitness and sports training, child and adult day care, camps, and a host of other amenities to attract patron from not only the valley but the entire country as well. The facility size is estimated a minimum of 30k sq ft to a maximum of 150k sq ft to accommodate said activities.
