This is an established business with existing customers I am wanting to buy out- with water levels so low, dredging and dock building is in high demand- boats will not be able to enter Leland harbor, the Coal Dock harbor, Elk Rapids harbor, and many others without dredging work being completed- customers include municipalities, private waterfront home owners, and private business owners.
