BJ Perng, Founder, and CEO of NiveauUp, is a serial entrepreneur who involved in several internet startups based in Taiwan. Taking with him the lean startup spirits, he founded NiveauUp and launched the eXtreme Fast Charging (XFC) battery, years, if not a decade, ahead of what the industry consensus would presume in time-to-market.

He holds an M.Eng of Electrical Engineering, with a minor in Manufacturing Engineering, from Cornell University.

Alex Fang, Technical-side Founder. He leads a stealth team and designs the overall MVP (minimum viable proven process). "Hacking" together to develop chemical recipes has been what the gang does for a living, as well as fun. These side projects, backed by their deep experiences of over a gross of 50+ years, have combined to give birth to XFC batteries than the industry roadmap had presumed otherwise.
