Co-founder & CEONish Krishna has managed lending at large banks (Capital One, E*Trade) and smaller lenders (M&T Bank, PenFed) during the past ten years. Nish established the Consumer loan business at PenFed and grew balances to $1 billion. Nish ran acquisitions at Capital One for $600M co-brand card business and $2.5B Small Business lending. Nish also led several deals at Capital One, Corporate Development. Nish is alum of Darden Business School, MBA and IIT.

Chief Risk OfficerFred Rubin has led as Chief Risk Officer at multiple mid-sized lenders, the target customers for Lend-Grow. Prior to Lend-Grow, Fred was Chief Credit Officer at PenFed and Access National Bank, Director for Regulatory Relations at Capital One, and National Bank Examiner for the OCC. Fred founded Lend-Grow to help local lenders who he felt were increasingly getting left behind.
