Hyatt recruited him to run food and beverage operations at a number of locations around the country. Recently, Straub opened Park Hyatt New York, first Forbes rated 5 star hotel to open in NYC in 10 years. Straub managed over $16 million in food and beverage revenue in the first year of being open.
