Technically, we're an automated contract management system for software and cloud services. But the idea has a much broader meaning: to make a contractual stuff for IT not just a routinely necessary paperwork but a workable tool that everyday helps software sellers and buyers optimize their needs in accordance with law. We're in an early stage of the project but have a strong vision how to bring maximum value to our customers.
