Gadi Kan-Tor has demonstrated 30 years of senior executive experience he was the CEO of a previous medical monitoring start up from 2008 to 2012. In 2012 he became founder and CEO of Night-Sense, diabetes monitoring startup. Gadi has Type 2 diabetes and uses insulin on a regular basis. Having suffered from sleep hypoglycemia episodes Gadi is determined to provide the best solutions to manage diabetes and sleep hypoglycemia.

Shy Hefetz is a leading expert in medical sensors. He has 15 years of experience in the fields of Electrical engineering and signal processing. Shy has a vast experience from concept stage design and prototype assembly to mass manufacture and regulation processes. Shy has also a first-hand connection to diabetes. Shy earned a M.Sc. in Bio-Medical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University.

Yoav was the founder and manager of previous company. After a successful run he joined Night-Sense. Yoav has a B.Sc in math, linguistics and computer science from the Hebrew university of Jerusalem Israel and is earning his M.Sc, in the same establishment, in computer science , in applications of image processing and machine learning to the medical field. Yoav Kan-Tor has research and development experience from the IDF intelligence core.
