We developed a new way of manufacturing electrodes , where the active conducting mass is generated during electrolytic process without any binders materials. Thus we obtain the simple and environmentally safe battery that will solve the Dreamliner problems. The proprietary technology allow to obtain the battery prototypes that has their energy density close to lithium-ion battery, but low cost, without protection/fire/ BMS devices.
