Steve has held a variety of executive leadership positions including Regional CEO, CFO, VP of Global Strategic Partnerships, Manager of Investments and Board Chairman. He has led 100-staff organizations, managed global teams, led a corporate turnaround, directed $50 million of debt and equity investment funds and led company boards/committees. Steve received his MBA from Duke University (Fuqua) and began his career in investment banking.

Stephen is a palliative medicine physician who has started and directed several palliative care programs across the country including University of Miami, University of Utah’s Medical Center and Ascension Health’s largest palliative care program, Seton Palliative Care. He is the CEO (interim) of the Seton Health Alliance, an accountable care organization with over 2,200 physicians. He and his works have featured in national media and events.

Andrew Chen is a technology innovator in artificial intelligence for healthcare, social analytics, and enterprise software-as-a-service (SaaS). He has held leadership roles in some of the fastest growing software companies such as CognitiveScale, Inc., Spredfast, and Bazaarvoice (NASDAQ: BV - leading integrated ratings and reviews provider for more than half of the Internet Retailer 500). Several of his innovations have pending or issued patents.

Mary Beth is a Doctor of Nursing Practice with over 20 years experience in palliative care and lean methodologies. She has extensive experience in implementing quality, safety and palliative care disciplines at large health systems such as Baylor Scott & White, Seton Healthcare and Central Texas VA. Her rare combination of skills, domain knowledge and experience makes her ideal for ensuring consistency, quality and excellent patient experience.
