Mr. Dubbeld is also a NIBE-SVV certified Compliance Officer and holds a degree in telecommunications from the Polytechnic Alkmaar in the Netherlands.

Mr. Pennings has over 10 years of experience in complex development for AML, Case Management and Compliance software solutions. Prior to ngCompliance, Mr. Pennings was Chief Architect at Syfact. Mr. Pennings has also held senior development and architect positions at Ordina and Antares. Mr. Pennings holds a chemical engineering degree from Eindhoven University of Technology.
