Cynthia O'Donnell founded East West College of Natural Medicine in Sarasota FL, in 1995. EWCNM is a private, accredited, post-graduate, degree granting institution of higher learning. She was the CEO until 2012 when she sold the school to work full time with NG1 TechFlo. Cynthia's experience building EWCNM from the ground up has given her experience in administration, management, marketing, and lobbying. She has partnered in TechFlo development.

Dustin Nord developed the product for testing, expanded its use on different size engines and developed the manufacturing and installation protocols. He finalized the patent and wrote a Continuing in Part Patent (CIP) to include design improvements. He networks, markets, oversees trials, and adaptations of the product. He is an inventor, has understudied in technology with mentors from the field and comes from a sales background.

John has extensive experience in finance. He is past treasurer of KLLM, a large trucking firm in Jackson, Mississippi. He most recently was the Vice President of Finance for Smartsynch Inc., where he led finance activities for a $30M venture. He has also been CFO for American Healthtech Inc. and past senior manager at World Com.
