BS Electrical Engineering '09 University of Delaware. During college, he founded the Red Cross club and built it to 700 members. He also started a national award winning dance team, Kamaal. He was a Red Cross Delmarva Board Member (2005-2013) and worked as an engineer at Pepco Inc.(2009-2011). He did the Boston Half Marathon & won the State Entrepreneur of the Year Award (2009). Has been studying this retention problem for the past 4 years.

Associate's Degree Business Administration, Concentration in Information Systems '09 AIU. Josh has been coding for 8 years & founded an IT consulting firm, Endeavor Consulting (2008 - 2011) when he was 19 years old. He was the Head of IT at EMI Imaging (2011-2012) & spent several years working on a side project, called Journey, an Open Source business management application to help startups manage their customers, money, and time.
