Chuck has successfully worked with technology companies, online ventures, and private equity capital groups. Chuck earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law. Chuck also served as White House Staff assistant to then Vice President George H.W. Bush. In addition to being a member of the Florida Bar and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, Chuck is also a licensed investment banker.

She is a recognized expert in commercial space, and for 25 years has engaged the leading edge of the space industry with innovative analysis of systems, industry economics, advanced technologies, and unique regulatory requirements.
