He also has extensive Australian business experience as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at National ICT Australia (NICTA), Board Advisor for several top Australian Tech start-ups including Marathon Robotics, and was a judge at the first international Imagine H20 Water Prize.

    The Nexus CEO, Craig Richmond has 10 years experience in the grey water field, with a successful track record developing international markets, performing this role for Australian grey water pioneer, Perpetual Water. In particular, Craig and his team achieved significant traction in the US and set in train regulatory reforms in California that continue to this day and have led to a friendlier regulatory environment for grey water.

Andrew has played a central role in developing the reHeater hot water system (using heat recycled from grey water) and the reCycler grey water treatment system - products that have the potential to transform the water and energy efficiency of residential buildings.

    Our CTO, Tom is an experienced engineer with a 10 year track record in R&D and engineering of grey water systems, including managing a project to develop a micro-scale system for clothes washers. Tom also has experience in establishing offshore manufacturing operations.

He has founded, managed, and led high technology product development, technology services, and clean-tech companies from start-up phase to exit. Mark has 20 years of experience in the water & electronics industry, has lived and worked on four continents including Australia, and has raised over $125m in funding from domestic and international investors.
