Ron holds a BSc in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of BC and received the Executive Management Certification from Cornell University. He has worked with several multi-billion dollar health care companies and is intimately familiar with the health service space. Ron has a proven record of innovation, increasing sales and profitability.

Vaani is a chartered accountant and leads the financial and strategic analysis team. She has been a manager of IFRS conversion at BDO Canada and consulted with numerous public companies and companies at the IPO stage before coming to Nexus.

Greg has over 10 years of experience in real estate through his experience with DTZ Barnicke. Additionally, he has a strong background in the wellness industry and business development in Canada and physician relations and leads the clinic development and architectural teams.

Dr. Waisglass has over 30 years of experience as a physician operator and is an active member of the Ontario Medical Association. He is the National Physician Manager.
