She has 25+ yrs in industrial automation and is a member of the ASTM F45 committee. Mary Ellen has developed patented & trademarked traffic management software for robotic systems.

    Stephen Toebes has 18+ years leading engineering teams in robotics & automation, with 23+ patents. In addition to his roll at NextShift, he is the Senior VP, Robotics at HDS Global. He has held executive management positions at Humantics, Rethink Robotics, Harvest, and Symbotic, and Brooks. He is an External Advisory Board Member, Georgia Tech Institute of Robotics & Intelligent Machines and Advisor on ASME Robotics Technical Advisory Panel.

    Chris Russell is an industry veteran who’s has deep experience in supply chain, startups and sales. His domain expertise spans the breadth of the supply chain from demand through distribution and supply optimization. He has been a founder and a management team member through two successful exits. He has been a sales leader driving contracts and revenue successfully in multiple organizations.

    Tom brings over 27 years of leadership experience in the transportation and logistics industry. He is the president and CEO of IPS Ultimate Holdings, LLC (International Package Shipping) and its operating companies, Polonez Parcel Service, Doma Export, and IPS Universal Trucking. Collectively, the companies are the largest consolidator of consumer-to-consumer packages to Europe with service to 43 countries and over 700 domestic agents.

    Dr. Anderson is a 30 year veteran and Managing General Partner of Supply Chain Ventures, LLC, a venture capital fund specializing in software investing, a member of the Boston Golden Seeds Forum and is a retired managing partner of supply chain consulting at Accenture, a global technology consulting company. At Accenture, he was instrumental in building the company’s $2 billion supply chain management practice in North America, Asia and Europe.

    She is a Managing Director at Golden Seeds and member of the Big Brother/Big Sister Advisory Board. Her prior experience at both Raytheon and BAE Systems features over 30 years of project leadership in the defense electronics industry encompassing P&L performance and short/long term strategic planning for aircraft defense electronics, and broadband commercial electronics. She holds a master’s from MIT/Sloan School in the Management of Technology.
