We are solving the problem of pre-ops and site inspections. At the start of shift, many equipment operators are required to inspect their equipment with a checklist. Presently, this is mostly done on paper or with some compromise solution like excel on a table, especially in mining. After the forms are submitted, they are filed and the items that need fixed are manually entered into a separate system for mechanics by some unfortunate secretary.
